Do I need to build my wedding website with Cordially?+
No. Keep using Zola, The Knot, WithJoy, or any website you already have. Paste the link into any Cordially message and your guests land right where you built it. Cordially handles the texting and the replies those tools were not made for.
Will guests see my personal phone number?+
No. Messages are sent from a Cordially sending number, not your personal phone, so your number stays private.
Can guests reply?+
Yes. Guests can reply by SMS or WhatsApp, just as they normally would, and the whole conversation appears in your Cordially inbox where you and your partner can answer.
Are SMS, MMS, and WhatsApp included?+
Yes. Every paid plan includes SMS, MMS with images, WhatsApp, scheduled messages, and replies.
Is there a message limit?+
No. Paid plans include unlimited messages for your wedding. You are never charged per message.
What does the guest limit mean?+
It means unique phone numbers stored in Cordially, not total guests. Two family members who share one phone number count once.
Does Cordially work internationally?+
Yes. SMS and MMS reach US, Canada (+1) and UK (+44) numbers. Guests in every other country are reached on WhatsApp, from the same composer and the same inbox.
Do guests need to download an app?+
No. Guests receive your messages in their normal SMS or WhatsApp app. There is nothing for them to install.
How long can I message guests?+
Through your wedding, so you can send reminders before the day and updates during it. Messaging locks 3 days after the wedding's last day.
Can I send my RSVP link?+
Yes. Add a Zola, The Knot, WithJoy, custom website, registry, map, hotel, or RSVP link to any message.
Can I send photos?+
Yes. MMS and image messages are included, so you can send a save-the-date as a picture your guests will actually keep.
Can my partner or planner help?+
Yes. Cordially includes partner access so both of you can send messages and answer guest questions from the same inbox.
Is this another group chat?+
No. Guests receive your messages privately, and their replies come back only to you, not the whole guest list. No reply-all chaos.
