Cheersy

A marketplace for human month-of and day-of coordinators: vendor management, a custom timeline and on-site production. Prices are quoted per event.

Cordially Wed

Guest software: per-event RSVP links by SMS or WhatsApp, guest records, seating and Wallet passes. Planning tools are free, and texting is $69 to $249 once.

The short answer

They do different jobs. Hire Cheersy for a person on the day, and use Cordially Wed for the guest list and guest updates.

Cheersy review: the short verdict

Cheersy is a good fit if you want a vetted human coordinator to run the last month and the day itself, so you can be a guest at your own wedding. It is not guest software: it does not send your invitations, collect RSVPs, or text guests. Pair it with a guest tool if you need those.

What Cheersy provides

Cheersy helps couples find wedding coordinators and describes support that goes beyond booking: month-of logistics beginning four to six weeks before the wedding, vendor management, a custom timeline, and on-site coordination. Its current public offer was checked on September 13, 2026.

An earlier version of this guide described Cheersy as ending at the booking stage. That was inaccurate. A coordinator provides human planning and event execution; that is a different purchase from guest messaging software.

Where guest communication software can help

A coordinator can manage vendors and the day itself while a shared guest system holds the list, event RSVPs, seating, and message history. Agree on who will send updates and answer guest questions. Software supports that work; it does not replace the coordinator's judgment or physical presence.

Cordially Wed provides per-event RSVPs, guest records, seating charts, wallet passes, and an inbox for SMS and WhatsApp replies. Those can be useful alongside human coordination, particularly for multiple events and guests travelling from different countries.

Using Cheersy and Cordially Wed together

Ask your coordinator which tools they already use and whether they are comfortable working from your guest list and messaging workspace. The goal is one agreed headcount and a clear person responsible for guest updates, not a second list for someone to reconcile.

Cordially Wed's planning tools are free. Guest texting starts at $69 once for up to 50 unique phone numbers, with unlimited messages and replies; larger number tiers are available. That software price is separate from a coordinator's fee. You can send yourself a free test before paying for guest texting. For the communications options, see our wedding text service comparison.

For the guest side of the day itself, see our wedding day text message timeline.
